Norse Atlantic Adds Athens-Los Angeles Route to Transatlantic Network for Summer 2025
The Athens-Los Angeles route highlights Norse Atlantic's commitment to expanding affordable transatlantic travel options. By offering the only nonstop connection between Greece and the U.S. West Coast, the airline aims to attract both leisure and business travelers seeking a cost-effective way to explore or connect with these two major destinations.
Norse Atlantic expands its transatlantic offering with a route between Athens and Los Angeles, providing the only nonstop connection between the U.S. West Coast and Greece.
This new service complements existing flights between the Greek capital and New York-JFK. The low-cost airline continues to offer more options for traveling between Europe and the U.S. West Coast with budget-friendly fares.
The new route is scheduled to begin on June 3, 2025, operating four times per week on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Promotional fares start at $269, one way. For the summer 2025 season, Norse Atlantic will also operate flights from Los Angeles to London-Gatwick, Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Oslo, and Rome-Fiumicino.

- Atlanta: 13 times per week on Airbus A330-900neo
- Boston: daily flights on Airbus A330-900neo
- New York-JFK: twice daily on Airbus A330-300
Emirates:
- Newark: daily flights on Boeing 777-300ER
United Airlines:
- Newark: 10 times per week on Boeing 787-10 and Boeing 767-300ER
- Washington-Dulles: daily flights on Boeing 787-8
- Chicago O’Hare: daily flights on Boeing 787-10
Norse Atlantic Airways:
- New York-JFK: 6 times per week on Boeing 787-9
- Los Angeles: 4 times per week on Boeing 787-9
