    LATAM Group will reach a new target on its road to full recovery this month: as part of the reactivation process, the airline will serve a total of 144 destinations during November. In doing so, it will match pre-pandemic level.

    As reported by the company in a press release, it is projecting passenger operations of 83% (measured in available seat kilometres or ASK) compared to November 2019. In addition, LATAM maintains the forecast to exceed 85% recovery by the end of the year.

    During this month, LATAM expects to operate some 1.347 daily flights from and to a total of 144 airports in 22 countries. The Brazilian domestic market maintains the best recovery projection. In international flights, the company’s activity would reach 76% compared to November 2019.

    On the other hand, it has scheduled more than 1.500 air cargo flights. According to estimates, the number of such operations would again exceed that recorded in November 2019. In October this year, cargo activity represented 105% of that of October 2019.

    Projected operations in November 2022

    • Brazil: 89% recovery compared to 2019 levels. It will serve 54 domestic and 21 international destinations. Domestic market recovery (measured in ASK) is expected to reach 97%. Earlier this month, the airline restarted flights between Curitiba (CWB) and Santiago de Chile (SCL).
    • Chile: 78% recovery compared to 2019 levels. It will serve 17 domestic and 26 international destinations. In addition to the reestablishment of the aforementioned air connection between the country’s capital and Curitiba, LATAM also resumed operations between Antofagasta (ANF) and Lima (LIM).
    • Colombia: 110% recovery compared to 2019 levels. It will serve 17 domestic and 5 international destinations.
    • Ecuador: 67% recovery compared to 2019 levels. It will serve 8 domestic and 4 international destinations.
    • Peru: 79% recovery compared to 2019 levels. It will serve 19 domestic and 27 international destinations.
