JetSMART to increase flights between Santiago de Chile, Montevideo and Rio de Janeiro
For the high season, JetSMART will increase its flights between Santiago de Chile, Montevideo and Rio de Janeiro. The new operations are scheduled to begin on June 2nd, ending at the end of September.

In accordance with the booking system, the low cost carrier will boost from three to four weekly services between the capitals of Chile and Uruguay, with Rio de Janeiro starting in July.

To verify timetables, check JetSMART’s reservation system, as each day has a different schedule of operations.
Current frequency (returns in October)
- JA 700/701: Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
June
Only the Santiago de Chile – Montevideo – Santiago de Chile leg. Rio does not operate on Fridays.
- JA 700/701: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.

- JA 700/701: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
September
Only the Santiago de Chile – Montevideo – Santiago de Chile route. Rio does not operate on Wednesdays.

- JetSMART is the only company offering services between Montevideo and Rio de Janeiro.
