    JetBlue is boosting its capacity in New England, adding 20% more seats this winter. The added service and new routes aim to connect New Englanders to popular leisure destinations. The airline is adding more flights at Logan International and other airports in the region and will begin service at Manchester- Boston.

    The carrier offers the most nonstop destinations of any airline from Boston, the most service from Boston and New England to California, Florida and the Caribbean, and continues to offer the most in-demand vacation destinations.

    New Boston service

    Manchester-Boston, which will be the tenth airport JetBlue operates in New England, will provide more flights to popular vacation destinations such as Aruba, Barbados, Cancun, Grand Cayman, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Liberia, Miami, Montego Bay, Nassau, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Punta Cana, Providenciales, Sarasota, St. Maarten, St. Lucia, Tampa and many more. In addition, a Mint cabin will be offered on the Boston-Phoenix route.

    JetBlue will triple its seating capacity in Providence this winter compared to last, while Hartford will have a 30% increase in seats during the same period. This winter, the airline will average 18 daily departures from New England.

    New routes in New England

    • Presque Isle-Boston: starts September 5 – daily flight.
    • Providence-Fort Myers: begins October 27 – daily flight (seasonal service).
    • Providence-Tampa: begins October 27 – daily flight (seasonal service).
    • Providence-San Juan, Puerto Rico: begins October 28 – daily flight.
    • Portland (Maine)-Orlando: begins October 28 – three flights weekly (seasonal service).
    • Manchester/Boston-Orlando: January 23, 2025 – daily flight.
    • Manchester/Boston-Fort Myers: January 23, 2025 – three flights weekly (seasonal service).
    • Manchester/Boston-Fort Lauderdale: January 24, 2025 – four flights weekly (seasonal service).

    More service in New York

    Additional services were added in New York to Buffalo, Albany, and Syracuse. Beginning in October, a nonstop route between Buffalo and Palm Beach is scheduled on a seasonal basis. From Albany and Buffalo will have a second daily flight from Fort Lauderdale and Orlando during the winter, while Syracuse will have a second daily flight to Orlando.

    Beginning in October, JetBlue will also offer new service from Long Island with daily flights to Orlando and four times weekly to Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach.

    More flights in Florida

    With these new additions, JetBlue continues to solidify its position as the leading carrier serving all of Florida. In February, JetBlue will average 225 daily flights from Florida, an 8% increase over the same period last year. This growth demonstrates JetBlue’s commitment to serve leisure and VFR (friends and/or family visiting) passenger traffic by adding more options for their travel.
