GOL secures leasing of another 6 brand-new Boeing 737 MAX

GOL Linhas Aéreas filed a document with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) informing the market that, at the deliberative meeting of the Board of Directors held last December 10, it was agreed to enter into 6 Guarantee Agreements to secure the lease of new aircraft.
One of the agreements, signed with the leasing company Avolon, secures the lease of Boeing 737-8 MSN 67772 and 60715 (PR-XMJ, already delivered), with guarantees of up to US$93.6 million.
As reported by our Brazilian partner Aeroin, the other agreement signed with Carlyle covers MSN 60220 (PS-GPJ, to be delivered on January 22), 65054, 44348, and 65053 for up to US$173.3 million.
Note: the above list shows the registration numbers that some of the aircraft will have in Brazil, which will be new from the factory.
