EANA will offer scholarships for the Initial Air Traffic Controller Course
The Scholarship Program of EANA, Empresa Argentina de Navegación Aérea40, launches its third edition, with the aim of strengthening the Air Navigation Services and providing new opportunities for professional training. In this edition, 48 new scholarships will be granted to residents of different provinces and cities of Argentina.
The initial Air Traffic Controller course will be dictated by the Center for Instruction, Improvement, and Experimentation (CIPE), under the National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC), located at the International Airport «Ministro Pistarini» Ezeiza or Cordoba.
This third stage of the program is aimed at residents of the provinces or cities of La Rioja, Neuquén, Salta, Catamarca, San Juan, Tucumán, Jujuy, Santiago del Estero, Junín de los Andes, Mar del Plata, Rosario, San Carlos de Bariloche, San Martín de los Andes and Termas de Río Hondo.
The Program includes the awarding of 48 scholarships per year until 2024, these being the ones granted for 2022. As in previous editions, EANA S.E. will select the profiles that adapt best to the requirements of the initiative and show the greatest interest in the activity. Applicants must be native or naturalized Argentines or by choice, between 20 and 30 years old, reside in the provinces/cities mentioned above, have completed high school, have an intermediate or advanced level of English, submit a criminal record certificate, and be available to move to another city during the period of approximately 6 months of classroom training, depending on the corresponding CIPE headquarters (Córdoba or Ezeiza).
The course will again have a mixed modality, virtual and face-to-face, the latter at the CIPE of the Ezeiza or Córdoba airports. The call for applications is external, so it is not addressed to those who already work at EANA S.E.
The registration process is open as of today, Dec 21, and will last until January 8, 2022 (inclusive). Those who obtain the scholarship will start their studies in the academic year that will begin in April/May 2022.
The selection process of the applicants will include the analysis of the information provided during the registration stage, technical evaluations, personal and competency interviews, as well as psychophysical examinations. An EANA S.E. examining board will be in charge of their evaluation.
