    Delta is expanding its winter season schedule with new service to Barbados, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic, and additional flights to Curacao. The airline is boosting its travel to Latin America and the Caribbean from its hubs in Atlanta, New York JFK, and Minneapolis/St. Paul.

    «Delta is establishing vital connections from Atlanta and across the U.S. that allow our customers to reach their dream vacation destinations with ease. This latest schedule offers travelers unparalleled choice, with up to 1,000 weekly flights to distinctive locations throughout Latin America and the Caribbean,» said Joe Esposito, Delta’s Senior Vice President of Network Planning.

    Delta will have service to a total of 50 destinations in Latin America and the Caribbean by next winter. The airline links these destinations to its hubs in Atlanta, New York JFK, and Minneapolis/St. Paul will allow access to more than 200 destinations worldwide.

    Barbados

    Delta will have a daily operation between Atlanta and Barbados starting November 23 and Saturday-only flights between New York JFK and Barbados.

    Puerto Plata

    As of November 23, Delta will have a new daily service between Atlanta and Puerto Plata, the company’s fourth destination in the Dominican Republic, complementing Santo Domingo, Punta Cana, and Santiago de los Caballeros.

    Mazatlan

    Delta expands its Pacific Mexico offerings with a new thrice-weekly service from Minneapolis/St. Paul and Mazatlan beginning Dec. 21.

    More flights to the Caribbean

    The airline strengthens its offering in the Netherlands Antilles by increasing service from Atlanta to Curacao from once-weekly to daily flights beginning Nov. 23.

    All new and expanded routes will be operated on Boeing 737-800 aircraft offering First Class, Delta Comfort, and Main Cabin options.
