    Breeze Airways has announced an expansion to Nevada and the West Coast with nonstop flights from Provo, Utah (PVU) to Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO) and Las Vegas (LAS), with fares available from $29 and $39 each way.

    With these new services, the low-cost airline increases its presence in the second-largest city in the state of Utah, Breeze also offers flights to Salt Lake City (SLC), which is its headquarters.

    In addition, the startup will offer connections from Provo, Utah (PVU) to San Bernardino (SBD) and New York/Westchester (HPN).

    «We are excited to continue to grow and hire from here, and now from Utah as well. The beautiful, newly renovated Provo airport will provide our guests with an easy way to travel to both coasts,» said David Neeleman, CEO of Breeze Airways.

    Breeze opened its headquarters in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, in February 2020 and currently employs 70 workers at the facility, most of whom are state residents. In March 2022, the airline opened the Breeze Training Academy in Salt Lake City for initial and recurrent training of its pilots, flight attendants and Guest Empowerment teams.

    With the new base in Provo, the airline expects to hire an additional 200 employees for the main headquarters, while continuing to recruit workers in finance, operations, marketing and human resources.

    Schedule Provo, Utah (PVU) 

    • San Francisco (SFO), daily flights, beginning Aug. 4.
    • Las Vegas (LAS), daily flights, beginning October 5.
    • Los Angeles (LAX), daily flights, beginning Nov. 2.
    • San Bernardino (SBD), connecting without change of aircraft via SFO, beginning Aug.
    • New York/Westchester (HPN) connecting without change of aircraft via LAS, LAX and SFO, beginning October 5.

    All flights will be operated on Airbus A220-300 and Embraer 190 aircraft.
