According to Resolution 431/2021, LATAM Airlines Peru S.A. and Delta Air Lines requested joint marketing on destinations departing from Jorge Chávez International Airport, which serves Lima, to destinations in Argentina: Buenos Aires/Ezeiza (EZE), Córdoba (COR), Mendoza (MDZ), Rosario (ROS), Salta (SLA) and San Miguel de Tucumán (TUC).

The Argentine authority resolved to approve the code-share mode on the routes from Lima (LIM) to Buenos Aires/Ezeiza (EZE) and Cordoba (COR); the operating company being LATAM AIRLINES PERU S.A. and the marketing company DELTA AIR LINES, INC.

The resolution explains that, within the bilateral framework applied by the Republic of Peru and Argentina, the designated airlines of each of the parties may agree on the commercialization of tickets through different operational modalities such as code-sharing, blocking of space, joint operation, etc., although code-sharing operations will be limited to the number of frequencies authorized to the designated airlines.
