    After three years, Aer Lingus resumes operations between Dublin (DUB) and Hartford, Connecticut, as the airline continues to rebuild and expand its transatlantic network. In addition, it is the carrier offering long-haul operations at Bradley International Airport (BDL).

    With the return of Hartford (BDL) the company will offer up to sixteen routes to the United States and Canada from Ireland. Aer Lingus will offer 2,576 seats per week on this service. The last airline operation at BDL was in March 2020, the company suspended service in the wake of the pandemic crisis.

    The Irish airline through its hub in Dublin (DUB) will offer Connecticut travelers convenient connections to twenty-eight destinations in the UK and Europe.

    Flight Itinerary

    • Dublin – Hartford Flight EI 131 DUB 14:10 – BDL 16:35 daily flights.
    • Hartford – Dublin Flight El 130 BDL 18:00 – DUB 05:15+1 daily flights.

    The route will be operated on Airbus A321LR aircraft with 184 seats in two classes (16 Business Class/168 Economy) and promotional fares are available from EUR 199 each way. This service will be available during the summer season, with operation resuming on March 26 and ending on until the end of October.

Daily flights to Hartford will take travelers to central Connecticut, home to global businesses, Yale University, and renowned tourist attractions. Aer Lingus continues to press ahead with its North American expansion plans, increasing the number of transatlantic routes from its Dublin hub,» said Lynne Embleton, chief executive officer of Aer Lingus.

    According to data obtained by Aviacionline through the Central Statistics Office of Ireland 85,137 passengers were moved in 2019 between Dublin (DUB) and Bradley International Airport (BDL).

    Aer Lingus’ transatlantic network will consist of 14 destinations in the United States and Canada operated from Dublin (DUB), Shannon (SNN) and Manchester (MAN): Boston (BOS), Chicago (ORD), Cleveland (CLE), Los Angeles (LAX), Newark (EWR), New York (JFK), Orlando (MCO), Philadelphia (PHL), San Francisco (SFO), Seattle (SEA), Washington (IAD), Miami (MIA), Toronto (YYZ) and now Hartford (BDL).
