    Currently American Airlines has four flights per week between Dallas-Fort Worth and Buenos Aires on Boeing 777-200(ER), configured with 273 seats. Until May, as a result of the COVID-19 restrictions, the airline had a weekly frequency, with the same aircrafts.

    American Airlines resumed non-stop flights between Dallas and Buenos Aires in December of last year, after a 9-month suspension. Miami was the first destination to be resumed to Ezeiza International Airport in September, 2020.

    According to information obtained by Aviacionline through Cirium’s platform, the airline plans to operate between Dallas and Buenos Aires with American’s Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners, with a capacity for 285 passengers. These operations are scheduled to begin from August 18th.

    At the moment American Airlines programs a daily flight between both airports. This frequency schedule is subject to change, as it will depend mainly on flight restrictions and the respective authorizations by the National Civil Aviation Administration of Argentina (ANAC).

    • Departures from both cities in June: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 23, 25, 27, 29 and 30.

    From June 16th, American Airlines will resume flights between New York (JFK) and Buenos Aires, after a 15-month suspension.

    Before the pandemic, American Airlines had three weekly operations between Los Angeles and Buenos Aires on Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners. Due to COVID-19 and its limitations, the airline suspended flights definitely.

    Also on Aviacionline.com: British Airways plans to resume flights between London-Heathrow and Rio de Janeiro with Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner from August, 2021.
