In a new role created to enhance supply chain management, Derek Zimmerman will assume the position of Senior Vice President of Enterprise Supply Chain. From this role, he will be responsible for procurement, inventory management, logistics, distribution, and spare parts, among other areas. Zimmerman joined Gulfstream in 2011 and has held key positions in product support and customer service, accumulating experience that positions him as a strategic leader in this critical area.

On the other hand, Lor Izzard has been named Senior Vice President of Customer Support at Gulfstream, a role in which he will oversee service center operations, field support, government programs, and support sales. Izzard, with a 25-year career at the company, started as a systems engineer and most recently served as Vice President of Field Support.

    Recognition of Dennis Stuligross’s Legacy

These appointments coincide with the announcement of the retirement of Dennis Stuligross, who will step down as Senior Vice President of Program Management, Quality, and Supply Chain in March, after more than 30 years of service at Gulfstream. Stuligross played a key role in the certification of the Gulfstream G700 and in multiple operational advancements throughout his distinguished career.

“We are grateful for Dennis’s dedication and leadership, which have been fundamental to Gulfstream’s success,” said Mark Burns, President of Gulfstream Aerospace. “With Derek and Lor leading these strategic areas, we are confident we will continue delivering the highest quality products and services to our customers.”
