    Munich Airport (MUC) will offer 157 destinations (14 in Germany, 107 in Europe and 36 intercontinental services) for the 2022/2023 northern winter season.

    EVA Air will land for the first time in Germany with its first destination to the Bavarian capital from its hub in Taipei (TPE) with four weekly flights (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday) on Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner with a capacity of 304 seats in two classes (26 Business Class/278 Economy).

    Munich (MUC) will offer more connections in North America, compared to the last northern winter before the pandemic crisis. The U.S. carriers United, American and Delta as well as Lufthansa and Air Canada will offer a total of 131 weekly flights between the Bavarian capital and North America.

    The network will connect Munich with New York (JFK), Newark (EWR), Boston (BOS), Chicago (ORD), Denver (DEN), San Diego (SAN), Atlanta (ATL), Washington (IAD), Miami (MIA), Toronto (YYZ) and Montreal (YUL).

    Lufthansa will resume seasonal services to Dubai (DXB) with five weekly flights; Cape Town (CPT) with daily flights; and Miami (MIA) with daily flights. In addition, new routes inaugurated this summer to Bangkok (BKK), Rio de Janeiro (GIG) and San Diego (SAN) will be available this winter, all operated by its Airbus A350-900. It will also offer daily flights from the Bavarian capital to important Asian markets such as Delhi (DEL), Mumbai (BOM) and Singapore (SIN).

    In the tourist segment, Condor will fly 24 times a week to the Canary Islands to the destinations: Fuerteventura (FUE), Gran Canaria (LPA), La Palma (SPC), Lanzarote (ACE) and Tenerife – South (TFS). Lufthansa and Eurowings Discover will fly to the Canary Islands 20 times a week.

    Greek carrier SKY express will fly for the first time in Munich (MUC) with five flights from Athens (ATH), where the company will offer connections to 34 destinations in Greece.
