LOT Polish Airlines Expands European Network: Launches Operations at Warsaw Radom Airport

On April 28, LOT Polish Airlines inaugurated its new hub at Warsaw Radom Airport (RDO), launching year-round flights to France and Italy, and seasonal services to Greece, Bulgaria, and Albania. The move enhances Warsaw’s connectivity, positioning the capital city as a dual-airport operator and providing wider travel choices for consumers.

The maiden flight 2205, from Warsaw – Radom (RDO) to Rome – Fiumicino Airport (FCO), took off at 13:30 local time. This was followed by the second service, flight 2201, bound for Paris – Charles de Gaulle (CDG), which departed at 19:50. Seasonal flights to Preveza/Lefkas (PVK), Varna (VAR), and Tirana (TIA) are slated for a late spring launch.

Michał Fijoł, a member of the board of directors and commercial director, expressed his satisfaction with the developments. «The strong seat occupancy rates on our flights to European capitals indicate high demand. During the 2023 summer season, LOT Polish Airlines will offer 3,348 seats per week on the Warsaw – Radom (RDO) route, as per Cirium data.
