«This aircraft will allow us to further strengthen our value proposition through a broader and deeper network. The combination of size and competitiveness of the B767-300F allows us to offer our customers more and better route options,» commented LATAM Cargo CEO Andrés Bianchi.

The additional cargo capacity will increase connectivity on transatlantic routes and benefit the transport of general cargo, flowers, and fresh fruit, among other products.

In addition, LATAM will connect Europe and Brazil with Miami as a connecting point by increasing its service to Sao Paulo, with a total of nine weekly flights operated by LATAM Cargo Colombia.

The recent offering is the result of the flexibility gained through the expansion of LATAM’s cargo subsidiaries, as well as the versatility of the Boeing B767F to handle a wide variety of routes and optimize connectivity at the Miami hub (MIA).

By 2023, the company plans to have a fleet of 21 Boeing 767Fs with an average age of 14 years.
