LABACE 2022: Embraer to support Avantto’s Phenom fleet through its Executive Care programme

At the 17th edition of the business aviation event LABACE, currently taking place in São Paulo, Embraer announced the signing of a contract for the Embraer Executive Care programme to support the fleet of Avantto, a sector leader in Brazil and the manufacturer’s largest operator of business aircraft in Latin America.

The programme is a maintenance services and factory parts supply solution for Phenom models. Some 700 aircraft worldwide are already supported. Avantto currently operates four Phenom 100 and three Phenom 300.

«Avantto has been a great partner of Embraer and we are glad to extend our collaboration to support its Phenom fleet in Brazil», said Marsha Woelber, Embraer’s vice president of Worldwide Customer Support & Aftermarket Sales, Embraer Services & Support.

She said the programme offers «the best value for its customers» and that the company is working to improve service based on each customer’s experience. «This is all part of our commitment to put our customers first and provide the ultimate experience in business aviation» she added.

Rogério Andrade, founder and CEO of Avantto, commented that «relying on the manufacturer’s support and service expertise is always the smartest solution for the customer». Referring to the new agreement, he said they will be able to «plan maintenance costs way in advance and without surprises».

The Embraer Executive Care programme

Launched in 2006, the programme was designed to provide airframe maintenance with predictable associated costs. Planning, budgeting and support are bundled into a fixed monthly fee, plus a per-flight hour charge to make support simple and easy for customers to manage.

It covers maintenance tasks, parts supply and delivery, as well as labour. In addition, it can be tailored to one of three coverage options: Prime Parts, Standard and Enhanced.

The costs of both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance items are stipulated and known at the time of enrolment in the programme. Contracts have a duration of 5 years.
