Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer is set to enhance its Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) capabilities for executive jets in the United States, effectively doubling its maintenance service capacity in the country. The expansion will include three new Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul facilities located in Dallas Love Field (Texas), Cleveland (Ohio), and Sanford (Florida). This strategic move aims to support the continuous growth of Embraer’s executive jet customer base.

Stevens stated, «We are pleased to offer more service locations to our customers. We are significantly expanding our capacity, resources, and network coverage in the U.S.»

He further emphasized, «Embraer’s executive jet fleet has experienced rapid growth in recent years, with strong and sustained demand across our product portfolio. This expansion will provide additional capabilities, ensuring we are well-prepared to meet our customers’ needs. We look forward to continued strategic growth for many years to come.»

Currently, Embraer operates three service centers in the United States dedicated to its executive jet customers, located in Mesa (Arizona), and Melbourne and Fort Lauderdale, both in Florida. Additionally, the company has 24 authorized service centers for its executive jets across the country.

Introduced in 2008, this light jet has been the best-selling in its category for the past 11 consecutive years. The Phenom range also features the larger and more capable 300E. At the top end of the manufacturer’s product line are the Praetor 500 and 600.
