Binter Launches New Tenerife–Azores Route and Expands Seasonal Flights to Madeira

Binter has announced a new route connecting Tenerife North (TFN) with Ponta Delgada (PDL) in the Azores, operating from July to October. Additionally, the airline will resume several seasonal routes between the Canary Islands and Madeira, with direct flights from Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, and Tenerife South to Funchal (FNC) scheduled from July to mid-September.

New Tenerife North – Ponta Delgada Route

The new Tenerife North – Ponta Delgada route will launch on July 1, operating weekly on Tuesdays.

Flight Schedule:

Tenerife North → Ponta Delgada:
✈ Departure: 10:30 AM → Arrival: 12:00 PM
Ponta Delgada → Tenerife North:
✈ Departure: 12:40 PM → Arrival: 3:55 PM

This new route will complement the existing Gran Canaria – Ponta Delgada service, which operates on Saturdays between April and October.

Fuerteventura – Funchal (Saturdays)

Fuerteventura → Funchal: ✈ 12:10 PM – 1:55 PM
Funchal → Fuerteventura: ✈ 9:40 AM – 11:25 AM

Lanzarote – Funchal (Saturdays)

Lanzarote → Funchal: ✈ 5:00 PM – 6:45 PM
Funchal → Lanzarote: ✈ 2:40 PM – 4:15 PM

Tenerife South – Funchal (Mondays & Wednesdays)

Tenerife South → Funchal: ✈ 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
Funchal → Tenerife South: ✈ 10:45 AM – 12:25 PM

Gran Canaria – Madeira (Daily Service)

Increased to 8 weekly flights per direction in July and August.

Tenerife North – Madeira (Tuesdays & Saturdays)

Maintains current schedule with two weekly flights.
