Argentina Authorizes Menzies. to Provide Ground Handling Services at Ezeiza and Aeroparque
The globally recognized company becomes the sixth operator cleared to offer ramp services in Argentina.
The Argentine government has officially authorized MNZS Sociedad Anónima (local legal name of Menzies Aviation) to provide airport ground handling and ramp services in the country, as stated in Disposición 19/2025, published this Thursday in the Official Gazette. The measure was issued by the Undersecretariat of Air Transport, under the Ministry of Economy.
The authorization is valid for 15 years, with the possibility of automatic renewal provided that safety standards continue to be met. The company was granted approval after complying with all technical, financial, and regulatory requirements set forth in the Aeronautical Code (Law 17,285) and the updated Regulation for Access to Aerocommercial Markets (Decree 599/2024).
According to an official government statement, this new authorization is part of a broader deregulation and liberalization strategy in the air transport sector launched in December 2023, aimed at promoting private investment, expanding the number of service providers, and enhancing market competition.
Who is MNZS Sociedad Anónima?
MNZS S.A. is part of one of the world’s most important airport services groups, with operations in over 65 countries and a presence in hundreds of airports. With this authorization, it becomes the sixth company approved to provide ramp services in Argentina, joining:
