American Airlines resumes seven long-haul routes for the summer season 2023

American Airlines strengthens its operations in Europe, South America and Asia-Pacific for the summer season 2023 with the resumption of multiple routes that were suspended due to health restrictions and delayed aircraft deliveries.

The carrier will increase transatlantic capacity from Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) by increasing service to Paris – Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Rome – Fiumicino (FCO) beginning April 2023.

From its main hub in Texas, the company also offers operations to London Heathrow (LHR), Dublin (DUB), Madrid (MAD), Amsterdam (AMS) and Frankfurt (FRA).

In addition, at Miami (MIA) the airline will increase its flights to London Heathrow (LHR), main hub of its partner British Airways, and to Sao Paulo – Guarulhos (GRU), one of the most lucrative destinations in American’s Latin American network according to OAG.

The U.S. carrier will soon resume the following routes for its northern summer 2023 schedule:

• Charlotte (CLT) – Paris (CDG).
• Charlotte (CLT) – Frankfurt (FRA).
• Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) – Santiago (SCL).
• Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) – Tokyo Haneda (HND).
• Los Angeles (LAX) – Tokyo Haneda (HND).
• Los Angeles (LAX) – Sydney (SYD).
• Seattle (SEA) – London Heathrow (LHR).
