    AerCap Holdings N.V. reported that during 2024, it executed 812 asset-related transactions, including purchases, sales, and leasing agreements. According to the company, it also completed financings totaling approximately $17.5 billion during the same period.

    2024 Annual Results

    According to AerCap, 496 leasing agreements were signed, 150 acquisitions were completed, and 166 asset sales were finalized. Among the acquisitions were aircraft from leading manufacturers, engines, and helicopters added to the company’s owned and managed fleet.

    In financial terms, AerCap stated that it executed financing transactions of $17.5 billion and allocated $1.5 billion to repurchase approximately 16.8 million shares at an average price of $87.80 per share.

    Q4 2024 Operations

    During the last three months, AerCap completed 92 leasing agreements, including 14 wide-body aircraft, 14 narrow-body aircraft, 33 engines, and 31 helicopters. Additionally, it acquired 27 aircraft, including 4 Airbus A220s, 12 A320neos, 3 A330neos, one Boeing 737 MAX, one Boeing 787-9, and 6 Embraer E195-E2s, along with 10 engines and 4 helicopters.

    In terms of sales, the company carried out 55 transactions, covering 26 aircraft, 25 engines, and 4 helicopters. According to the report, these operations included aircraft such as the Airbus A320, Boeing 737NG, and Embraer E190, among others.

    In the fourth quarter, AerCap also executed $1.8 billion in financing transactions, repurchased 3.1 million shares for a total of $297 million, and paid a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per common share.

    AerCap is headquartered in Dublin and operates offices in strategic cities such as Miami, Singapore, Amsterdam, and Shanghai, among others.
