Frontier Airlines made its official inaugural flight to Nassau, the new destination in the Bahamas to which it will operate regularly from Miami nonstop starting July 4.
This route between Miami International Airport (MIA) and Lyden Pindling International Airport (NAS), will have 4 weekly frequencies at a launch price that starts at $ 39.
The Bahamas welcomes the @FlyFrontier inaugural flight. Frontier will be operating direct flights from Miami International Airport (MIA) to Nassau (NAS) and will be available four times a week starting July 2021.

Bahamas Tourism and Aviation Minister Dionisio D’Aguila was present on the initial flight: “I am honored and excited that Frontier Airlines has decided to partner with the Bahamas, particularly at this critical juncture, as we embark on the journey of tourism recovery and economic restoration after a devastating hurricane and, more recently, the COVID-19 pandemic. These new routes highlight our commitment to making travel to popular vacation destinations more accessible to South Floridians,” Frontier Airlines CEO Barry Biffle said in a statement.
In addition, Frontier Airlines added among the 33 direct operations from Miami its flights to Costa Rica and St Maarten, operating from July:
