CRO and Digital Analytics Specialist


    As CRO and Digital Analytics Specialist, you will own and drive LEVEL’s both booking and post booking funnels optimization to maximize revenues by aligning with marketing strategy and business goals. You will be using different tools for market research, customer feedback, digital analytics, and customer behaviour to identify all the opportunities for our digital strategy.

    My Responsibilities
    • Owning the digital analytics strategy
    • Building the digital analytics architecture together with the Agile product team
    • Identifying conversion optimization opportunities based on data insights
    • Owning our digital reporting strategy
    • Identifying ways to leverage our digital analytics capabilities
    • Analysing the impact of actions and tests on our digital channels
    • Defining and implementing the right tracking architecture for multivariant testing analysis
    • Finding synergies between the digital analytics and our transactional Data department
    • Implementing digital trackings to get the needed information
    • Dashboard’s creation for both IT and business reporting

    • Extracting, analysing and reporting digital metrics
    • Digital customer behaviour reporting
    • Defining and implementing multivariant testing (customer segmentation and personalization models)
    • Product roadmap definition based on data and business strategy and needs
    • Funnel optimization, post booking life span, live cycle value upselling e-mail
    • Multichannel (Web, Mobile, E-mail, …) product strategy
    • Airline digital retailing (Ecommerce)
    • Cross department requirements
    • Lead collection and registration process will be a plus
