Viva Aerobus resumes seasonal flights between Nuevo León and Cozumel

-

Viva Aerobus expands its domestic offer for the summer season with the reactivation of the Monterrey (MTY) – Cozumel (CZM) route. With the resumption of this service, the low-cost airline reinforces the connectivity of Nuevo Leon with the Mexican Caribbean, offering customers greater travel options for their vacations.

“Welcome back once again, Viva Aerobus! We are excited about the return of this route that will contribute to breaking new records in visitor traffic to our beaches, thus generating greater opportunities for growth and development thanks to the economic spillover generated by tourism in our state” said Mara Lezama Espinosa, Governor of the state of Quintana Roo.

Viva Aerobus for the summer of 2023 has scheduled 27 routes to the state of Quintana Roo, of which 25 are from Cancun (CUN) – one of the airline’s six operating bases -; one to Chetumal (CTM) and soon to Cozumel (CZM).

“Monterrey – Cozumel comes to facilitate and encourage people to enjoy their summer vacations to the fullest, because at Viva Aerobus we offer a flight alternative at low prices that allows them to save on their transportation and so they can extend their stay, travel more frequently or take more activities or tours in the destination” said Juan Carlos Zuazua, CEO of Viva Aerobus.
