On June 16 Alaska Airlines resumed operations between Seattle (SEA) and Miami (MIA) after a decade, making MIA the airline’s 100th destination from its main hub at Tacoma Airport (SEA) and providing new travel options for South Florida residents with the Pacific Northeast.

“We are proud to welcome Alaska Airlines back to Miami International Airport for the first time in 10 years. Daily flights to the Pacific Northwest and beyond will provide our residents with more travel options, especially to the beautiful state of Alaska,” said Daniella Levine Cava, Mayor of Miami-Dade County.
