LEVEL seeks to boost travel for millennials and centennials with special discounts

LEVEL and the Agència Catalana de la Joventut have renewed for another year their partnership that incorporates the airline to the discount offer of the Carnet Jove de Catalunya.

Thanks to this, people from 12 to 30 years old who have this card of the Generalitat de Catalunya will get a 5% discount on all LEVEL flights at any time of the year.

With the continuity given to this agreement, which began in December 2020, LEVEL maintains its commitment to make it easier for younger customers to cross the Atlantic.

In fact, this segment is one of the airline’s main strategic audiences and one that identifies very well with LEVEL’s value proposition, Fly Your Way, which proposes paying only for what you really need, so that each person can configure their own travel experience according to their preferences.

The four destinations LEVEL offers in the United States (New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Boston), in addition to Buenos Aires, are in high demand for millennials and young Generation Z people who have great aspirations to discover the world.

In total, 500,000 young people living in Catalonia will be able to benefit from this agreement and explore the other side of the Atlantic with a 5% discount on LEVEL flights.

Sara Cadena, LEVEL’s marketing and brand manager, stated that “LEVEL is a young airline, flying to high demand destinations at competitive prices. This, coupled with a 100% customizable experience, allows us to connect with younger segments.”

“With the renewal of the agreement with Carnet Jove we want to make travel easier for young people in Catalonia and Barcelona, inviting them to fly high and far, and to discover the world in their own way,” he added.

LEVEL’s current situation

As mentioned, the low cost has five destinations from Barcelona (BCN):

  • Boston (BOS), United States; three weekly flights.
  • Buenos Aires/Ezeiza (EZE), Argentina; five weekly flights.
  • Los Angeles (LAX), United States; four weekly flights.
  • New York (JFK), United States; six weekly flights.
  • San Francisco (SFO), United States; four weekly flights.

All flights are operated by Airbus A330-200 aircraft with capacity for 314 passengers, configured with 21 seats in premium economy and 293 in economy. It also has a codeshare agreement with Vueling to offer connections to more than 40 destinations through Barcelona.
