Iberia, Spain’s largest airline, will be present at South Summit Madrid 2022, which will take place between June 8th and 10th at La Nave, a space belonging to the city council. This will be the tenth edition of the event, which aims to bring together consolidated companies, startups, entrepreneurs, investors and institutions from around the world.
The airline will present the solutions it is working on to offer a more sustainable and personalized travel experience through digitalization and the development of new technologies.
Over the last decade, South Summit has established itself as an important event for the entrepreneurial and corporate world. With a focus on innovation, the platform connects companies and investors to encourage business opportunities. In this context, it has become an attractive space for companies from different industries to present their projects, with the possibility of closing deals and developing collaboration spaces.
It consists of a series of conferences and panels on various topics. Specialists in each area participate of the event, which is attended by founders and managers of companies from all over the world.
Iberia participates every year. The company is also part of South Summit Brazil, which takes place between today and May 6th in Porto Alegre. The meeting seeks to promote talent and create value by fostering collaboration between established and emerging companies.
In Madrid, Iberia will seek to create relationships with startups with which to develop innovative products and services.

Renewal of the On Business program
Iberia and South Summit renewed an agreement whereby the airline makes its program available to emerging companies, which can obtain benefits at both corporate and individual levels. The airline offers discounts on flights and On Business points for the company, redeemable for other tickets or cabin upgrades.
